When will my priority date be current?
Pick your preference category and country of chargeability, enter the priority date on your I-140 or PERM paperwork, and we will measure your gap against the November 2026 cut-off — then project a window using how this exact cut-off has actually moved across the 49 archived bulletins.
How the estimate works
We take the monthly cut-off series for your exact category and country from the official archive, measure how many days it advanced between consecutive bulletins, and run three paces: the slow quartile of that history, the median of the last twelve bulletins, and the fast quartile. The answer is the window those paces produce.
Projection, not a promise. Cut-offs can stall for years or retrogress (move backwards) without warning, annual limits reset every October, and Congress can change the numbers at any time. Where the recent pace is zero, we say so instead of inventing a date. This tool is informational only and is not legal advice.
